That means a cement seal at least 10 ft down, a concrete slab and sanitary cap at the surface, setbacks from septic systems and livestock areas, and disinfection after any work on a drinking-water well. State Well Reports are filed within 60 days, and new wells are registered with the Upper Trinity district before drilling. ## How we price We publish planning ranges for new wells, pump replacements, pressure tanks, treatment systems and inspections, with their sources. On site, you get the diagnosis and a written price for each option before we start.
